Intuition Tracker - Privacy Policy

Intuition Tracker ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: Your email address and a securely hashed password, used to create and authenticate your account via Firebase Authentication.
• Thought entries: The text you type into the app, along with the classification, probability score, analysis, and matched signals generated by the app's on-device engine.
• Goals and patterns: Goals and sabotage patterns you create within the app.
• Usage metadata: Timestamps of when entries are created, and whether you marked a thought as completed.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core app experience: storing, displaying, and analyzing your thought entries.
• To sync your data across devices via your account.
• To generate insights and statistics about your thought patterns.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone.

3. Data Processing

All thought analysis (classification, probability scoring, signal detection) happens entirely on your device. Your thoughts are never sent to any AI service, external API, or third-party server for processing. The only data transmitted is to Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure storage and sync.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which uses encryption at rest and in transit. Data is stored in the United States. Firebase is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication: For account creation and sign-in.
• Firebase Firestore: For secure data storage and sync.
• Apple StoreKit: For subscription management. We do not have access to your payment information — this is handled entirely by Apple.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can export your data at any time via Settings > Export as CSV.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, all your thought entries, goals, patterns, and account information are removed from our servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Intuition Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (via the CSV export feature)
• Delete your data (via the Delete Account feature)
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
